Fascinated by light, movement of the air and its effects on the vegetation, I travelled around Europe, representing the natural landscapes that captivated me most. 

To me, art is different to photography, as it is not only the aesthetic beauty of the landscape what the image reflects, but especially also the vividity of sensations, feelings and thoughts that this contemplation evoked.

In a way, it is like a stop in time, where a moment of intense beauty, and the feelings that this scene brought are frozen.

I believe art shows as a mirror the beauty that already existed, and was just waiting to be unfolded before our eyes.
